ADVICE CALLS:
45 minute advice calls can be held via telephone or video call.
Video calls can be especially helpful for parents that have a huge pile of paperwork in front of them and just do not know where to start! We can look at the papers with you in real-time and start to point you in the right direction.
All advice calls are followed up with a 'next steps' email which details what was discussed during the call and any appropriate links or useful documents for further reading.

EHCP 'Health Check'
The EHCP 'Health Check' Service provides clients with a detailed analysis of every section of their child's current EHCP and how this stacks up against the legislative requirements for drafting an EHCP.
The 'Health Check' report can be used in a number of ways:

Informing parents that are approaching annual reviews

Supporting parents in negotiations with the local authority

The EHCP 'Health Check' report provides sufficient detail that many parents are able to use this document as a robust 'launch pad' for drafting their own grounds for appeal when submitting paperwork to the SENDIST Tribunal.
The EHCP 'Health Check' costs £325.
To arrange an EHCP 'Health Check' email us at info@hawthornsenadvisory.com with the subject line 'NEW EHCP HEALTH CHECK'. You will need to provide us with a copy of your child's current EHCP and a copy of each of the professional reports listed in Section K of the EHCP.
